1	Outline / Preliminary Design Stage	* Prepare budget cost estimate from outline design information
2	Detailed Design Stage	* Prepare detailed cost estimate from detailed design information
3	Tender & Contract Stage	* Provide advice regarding suitable form of Contract * Develop Project-specific Contract * Prepare Preliminaries & Preambles sections of the Tender Documents * Prepare Bills of Quantities in accordance with Standard Method of Measurement of Building Works * Revise detailed cost estimate to provide final prepare Tender estimate * Send Tender Documents to selected contractors * Assist in the analysis, evaluation, negotiation and finalization of Tender received * Prepare Tender Analysis Report * Prepare Contract Documents for signature
4	After Contract Award : Post Contract Stage	Financial control of the Project * Monthly valuations of Works in progress * Preparation of cost estimates for Contractor’s claimed variations to the Works * Value Project Manager’s site instruction / directions * Review and evaluate Contractor’s claims * Prepare monthly cost statements to show the current financial status of the Project * Remeasure works defined as ‘Provisional’ * Adjust ‘Prime Cost’ sums * Prepare final account for the Works
